This was a recent one from the NZ trip. The water is from a glacier which makes it that blue, set off with the grey pebbles, orange shrubs... I'm like a fucking Artist here!!

amsterdam

this is one from the archives... this guy was a store vendor at an Antiques market in Amsterdam just sitting and quietly playing his ukulele to himself. It looks like it was set up, but it wasn't I promise.

Brighton Pier

Here are two young teenagers gossiping on Brighton pier. It is just me or did it seem pervy to take this picture. hmmm.. anyway there was this one corner on the peir that was all this neutral colour palette and oddly these girls were standing there in the same colours and the sail boat was in the background - one of those point 25 of a second coincidences. seems a bit like a late 70's holiday brochure. what a rubbish holiday that would have been. But the shot reminded me a lot of childhood holidays.

lonely holiday

this was from that holiday town in spain that was abandoned for winter. Unfortunately it was the only available time this guy could use his timeshare apartment.

click

I had one frame left on this roll of film I took this and then was going to get one more front on to the goal againt the mountain range but the camera wouldn't wind on and I was out of film. oops. But I love this frame anyway.

BEACH PARTY!!

This was in a small spanish town on the costa brava during winter... Such an odd experience because the town was completely deserted and I thought it was funny for this big sign to be proclaiming a 'beach party' on a compeltely ambandoned beach.
If it was a party, I was the only one there.

And here is a car from spain! ...I don't know what was going on here. But I think I possibly risked my life getting this picture. As I walked up to the car I saw that there were a group of fucking heavy gypsy type guys staring at me, I hadn't seen them at first as they were huddled together smoking cigarettes out of site from my car. I did my best impression of being someone not to mess with and walked right up near them and took a few pics of the car. I made it quick but without looking nervous. I walked around a little so they would asume I was pretty relaxedI. I got back into my car... my hands were trembling a bit. I noticed one of the younger kids had followed me back on his bicycle - I figured that I was safe now - so I took a few pics of him riding, which I will try and find and scan...

HEllo.. sorry I haven't been posting lately. It's because I am lazy and I couldn't be bothered scanning anything... I should really just take some new stuff too... For the time being please enjoy staring at some odd people at a train station.

I'm not sure what this was. But I took the shot when a train momentarily stopped in the middle of the Czech Republic, somewhere. Who knows? But I really liked the shot.

Untitled

This is taken on the Shoalhaven river, it's about 3 hours drive south of Sydney. Is it just me or does everyone enjoy's taking
3 hour drives to take pictures of middle aged men standing around without their shirts on?

hhhmmmm .... Audience participation seems to be a little slow. Today I have added a picture of my father in-law. He's a Warrant Officer in the Australian Navy and he'd snap you like a twig. He recently crushed my skull in one hand and out bench pressed me the other. Shorty after my arms could function properly again I took this photo.

My Stuff

Hi. After much thought I made the decision to only display material and content that has been created by me. Things like this photo. Don't freak out, it's just an experiment. Anyway I walked past this light and thought the shape of the rubber seal looked interesting. I also thought..."Where the fuck is the other half of this street light".

London. Circa 2004

The rate of viewer response seems to be rather slower than I had anticipated. I have a huge backlogue of pictues to show you. This is one from when I used to live in London. Circa 2004. This was a nice morning for me. I was walking through the park after it had snowed the night before. I think the man thought that I was going to mug him.

One helpful viewer has suggested that this blog be about building a wall. What a crazy imagination you have sir/madam. Thank you for slightly ridiculious but helpful suggestion, lets hope there are some other suggestions. Meanwhile the blogwar against Logwellinn continues...

A QUESTION TO VIEWERS

in attempt to secure audience interaction and their attention I am posing the question to you. What would you like this blog to be about exactly. I am open to any suggestions. Thank you for calling.

Please use the comments to provide advice. Enjoy this photograph in the meantime.

Day One

SO... what now and why this image? The answer is I'm not sure and why not. Consecutively.
